Azure Kinect Games

For the past 2 years I have been working with the talented folks at Gamoola and Blueprint Partners and we’ve made loads of fun games for a well known British broadcaster and telecommunications company to entice customers to come into stores at shopping centers all over the UK.

So far we’ve made 4 separate games to promote the latest F1, football and cricket seasons.

We’ve also made 6 games and photo-booth experiences to promote recent product launches.

The games have all used the Azure Kinect as way to allow customers to quickly jump into the fun and control the experience with ease and minimal on-boarding.

5G VR Medical Remote Lecturing Toolset

During the pandemic I worked as the lead developer on a tool designed to enable remote teaching for Universities. This software was designed by the talented folks at Gamoola alongside Coventry University and Vodafone and allowed professors and students to share the same virtual space in realtime thanks to the network speed afforded by the latest 5G technology.

Sony Xperia Z5 Split Second Challenge

In September 2015 I worked with the creative agency Haygarth to bring to life their vision for an engaging fast motion based photography game showcasing the Sony Z5s unique camera features. Travelling all over the UK through all the major shopping malls, players were invited to snap photos of fast paced water balloon action, all of which was filmed on Red Dragon cameras in 4k at 250fps.
